For example, when your mind is seeking distractions, a typical reaction is to get angry and to try to power through nevertheless. This is stupid and a recipe for burnout.

2. Trust the System
- basically what I got out out of 📖 Atomic Habits; yes, have a small minimum valuable product habits, but do it every god damn day (or whatever the frequency)
- otherwise, way too easy to have one day break becomes two days becomes indefinite
